Azahar can run many games without needing to do any special work on a physical 3DS. However, the Home Menu and some games do require files dumped from a 3DS in order to boot or function properly. These files include system archives and shared fonts. They need to be obtained from a real 3DS, and it is important to note that these files are copyrighted and not allowed to be shared.

The Azahar Artic Setup Tool can be used to transfer system files from a 3DS directly to Azahar. Click Set Up System Files under Files to get started.

Due to the nature of copyright laws in different legislations, Azahar does not provide a manual dumping guide. Instead the user should do the appropriate research to understand what is possible and what not in their legislation, and take the appropriate procedures to obtain backups of their system files.
